These terms apply to the Tappi Town app and this website. By using the app you agree to them, together with Apple’s Licensed Application End User Licence Agreement.
The app
Tappi Town is licensed, not sold, to you for personal, non-commercial use on Apple devices that you own or control, as allowed by the App Store Terms. Apple’s Licensed Application End User Licence Agreement (apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula) applies in addition to these terms.
Free trial and purchases
The free trial opens every game for 4 days from the moment it is started. It costs nothing and does not turn into a paid purchase on its own.
“Unlock all games” is a one-time in-app purchase that unlocks all games in the app for as long as you use it, including games added in later updates. It is not a subscription.
Purchases are made through Apple and are subject to Apple’s terms. Apple handles payments and refunds; you can ask for a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com. The unlock can be shared with your family through Family Sharing.
Children
The app is made for children aged 3 to 6. A parent or guardian should set it up, make any purchases and decide how long their child plays.
Content and ownership
The games, artwork, sounds, texts and the Tappi Town name belong to the developer. Please do not copy, sell or redistribute them.
Availability and changes
We work hard to keep Tappi Town running well and may add, change or remove games in updates. We cannot promise that the app will always be free of errors or available on every device.
Liability
The app is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from its use. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The current version is always on this page, with the date at the top.
